At PNY BEAUTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely package the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
